CROSSFIT GROUP CLASS
Training is fun. Group training is epic! Your biggest job will be to just pitch up, and for 1 hour you will be under the watchful eye of our well trained and passionate coaches who will train and guide you through as many different aspects of fitness as possible, from running to pull ups, from weightlifting to burpees, all while being motivated and driven by your peers to push yourself harder than you would alone.
Ages 6 - 15
Kids Fitness is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.
For New Members
Three one-on-one sessions for those new to the functional fitness and training world that covers the fundamentals of what we do in CrossFit, designed to equip you with necessary tools, skill and knowledge to handle the bigger classes with more confidence.
This safe space also provides us a chance to get to know you better while comfortably integrating you into our family and also help develop healthy mindset towards your training by closely guiding you through your first month with us.

FLAVIA BUSACKER – DIETITIAN
Flavia has been passionate about sport since she was a young girl and still is today. This passion has influenced her interest within the sport nutrition field allowing her to impart sound, high quality and indivudualised nutritional advice. Apart from her love for sport nutrition, she has a special interest in nutrigenomics, diseases of lifestyle and weight loss.
ROWEN BROWN MOVEMENT
The treatment modalities include physical therapy (biokinetics), postural alignment, mobility, strength & conditioning, yoga, and movement pattern coaching. The mediums available are in-person 1-on-1 sessions, live video consultations and treatment sessions, video exercise programs, and written exercise programs.
The aim is to teach you how to treat yourself and take responsibility of your own health and physical wellness.
