About This Programme

For everyone…

Once you have completed the Roots programme you can take part in the CrossFit group classes. Group training is excellent for motivation and you will always push harder training together than what you will training alone.

A typical CrossFit class will consist of the following:

  • Warm up
  • Skill/Strength work
  • Talk through the WOD with scaling options
  • WOD (workout of the day)
  • Cool down stretching

Schedule

Monday - Thursday

5am, 6am, 7am, 8am,
4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm

Friday

5am, 6am, 7am, 8am,
4pm, 5pm, 6pm

Saturday

07:30am - 08:45am
08:45am - 10:00am
