For everyone…

CrossFit Modified, like CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity. A CrossFit Modified class has the same principals as a regular CrossFit class except we will focus mainly on metabolic conditioning and body weight movements. No experience or skill level is required in CF Modified class, just the desire to sweat and work hard.

Who is CF Modified for?

  • This class is perfect for those looking to build a base level of fitness before joining a full CrossFit class
  • Those looking to add a bit of weight training, high intensity interval training and metabolic conditioning work to their regular routine.
  • Those who like CrossFit, but want a less technical or skill based workout.
  • This is similar to a bootcamp, however, the focus will still be on functional movements to help enhance your ability to perform day-to-day tasks
  • Just like a CrossFit class, all movements can be scaled. This means we can simplify movements, decrease the load or intensity if needed. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME TO CROSSFIT MODIFIED!
