ROOTS PROGRAM

The very basic of our CrossFit Programmes, the aim of the ROOTS program is to expose you to the 9 fundamental movements used in CrossFit and to work on your skill development. We will prepare you to enter the CrossFit classes knowing that you can confidently carry out the movements safely and efficiently.

CROSSFIT

Once you have completed the Roots program you can take part in the CrossFit group classes. Group training is excellent for motivation and you will always push harder training together than what you will training alone.

CROSSFIT MODIFIED

CrossFit Modified, like CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity. A CrossFit Modified class has the same principals as a regular CrossFit class except we will focus mainly on metabolic conditioning and body weight movements. No experience or skill level is required in CF Modified class, just the desire to sweat and work hard.

CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.
