ROOTS PROGRAM

Three one-on-one sessions for those new to the CrossFit or training world that covers the fundamentals of what we do in CrossFit, designed to equip you with necessary tools, skill and knowledge to handle the bigger classes with more confidence.
This safe space also provides us a chance to get to know you better while comfortably integrating you into our family and also help develop healthy mindset towards your training by closely guiding you through your first month with us.

CROSSFIT

Training is fun. Group training is epic! Your biggest job will be to just pitch up, and for 1 hour you will be under the watchful eye of our well trained and passionate coaches who will train and guide you through as many different aspects of fitness as possible, from running to pull ups, from weightlifting to burpees, all while being motivated and driven by your peers to push yourself harder than you would alone.

CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. Further, the needs of second graders and high-school varsity wrestlers differ by degree and not kind; the program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.

PERSONAL COACHING

In our endeavour to challenge and constantly grow all of our athletes there is a need to cover as broad a spectrum of people that we can. Whether your goal is to lose weight, get stronger or improve skills. This may mean progress in some areas may be as fast as desired for someone who may for example want to get to their first strict pull up sooner rather than later.

Personal coaching allows for you to have the complete attention of one of our skilled coaches who will tailor the sessions to fit exactly what you want to achieve. This is all about you and progressing in areas where you feel you want the focus to be.

AT-HOME

Bring CrossFit style workouts to the comfort of your own home. We provide daily programming that challenges your skill level no matter where you are and can be adapted and modified in many ways that is sure to keep you fit and healthy without having to set foot in a gym.
Detailed videos are released with every workout, these will make it feel as if the coach is in the room with you as he guides you through the day’s training. Whether you have a fully kitted out home gym or one weight lying around somewhere, this will work for you.
Optional extras such as Locked & Loaded Gymnastics, Love Running programming and Rowen Brown Movement’s expertise in the human body and recovery make our At-Home training reach another level of effectiveness.
